Gaining weight and having lean and massive body is natural desire of all persons who are underweight and look like skeleton of bones.Such persons having extra weak bodies are more prone to various kinds o
f diseases because of lack of resistibility to fight against different diseases.Good weight gain is sign of Fit and healthy body but if you are underweight or thin then don`t need to worry because now you can have massive and strong body simply by following given Tips:
(1)Banana or mango milkshake are considered best for gaining weight.
(2)Consume a glass of hot milk with a tablespoon of honey.This is also one of the best home remedy for underweight persons.
(3)Mangoes are useful in gaining weight. Have a mango followed by a glass of milk or simply have a glass of milk shake daily for one month for good results.
(4)Raisins(kishmish) are beneficial in solving underweight problems. Have 30 grams of raisins every day for about a month. This would surely cure the problem of underweight.
(5)Eat at least 3 to 4 normal sized banana daily for about one month.You can also drink daily banana milkshake infact this is more beneficial for gaining weight.
(6)Take 3 to 4 dry figs and immerse them in water. Keep them overnight. Have this twice a day to cure the problem of underweight.
(7)Take a cup of milk and put some almonds or Dates(khajoor). Boil this milk and have it when warm. This is helpful in treating the problem of underweight.
(8)Try to have at least 4 to 5 meals daily.Don`t remain hungry and whenever you feel some hunger have snacks like baked potato chips, protein bars, nuts and chopped carrots.
(9)In-between meals try to eat fresh fruits like bananas,mangoes,apples,figs,dates,strawberries etc. Besides fruits you can also have Sandwich, yogurt (curd), milk, and fresh salad.
(10)You can also have nuts and seeds like almonds, peanuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds.
(11)In your diet try to include more dairy products like butter, cheese,milk and yogurt.
(12)Avoid drinking beer.Some people think that drinking beer helps gain weight. But it is not true, it accumulates in your abdomen, making it fatty.So try to avoid it.
(13)Avoid Intake of coffee, tea and soft drinks and replace them with milkshakes and fresh fruit juices.
(14)Avoid artificial Protein Supplements and always go with natural protein sources.
(15)For ideal weight gain your food must comprise of 50% Protein,40% carbohydrate and 10% Fat(Healthy monosaturated fats).
(16)Good protein sources are fish (tuna, salmon, haddock, cod), turkey, chicken, red meats (flank steak, lean ground beef), dairy products (cottage cheese, milk, low-fat yogurt), eggs, soybeans, nuts and legumes.
(17)Good Sources of carbohydrates include fruits, brown rice, whole grain breads & cereals, bagels, oatmeal, pasta, potatoes, vegetables (broccoli, green beans, corn), legumes (chick peas, lima, kidney, and soybeans), cream-of-wheat, pretzels and yams.
(18)Avoid fatty foods and go with healthy fats.Healthy fats are monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats and omega-3 fatty acids.Healthy Fat Sources are olive oil, peanuts, peanut butter, almonds, safflower oil, sunflower oil, walnuts, flax seed oil, borage oil, avacadoes, fish oils (salmon).
(19)Try to take some rest after every meal.
(20)You need to take rest at least for 8 hours. Sleep soon and try to get up early in the morning and exercise regularly at least for half an hour because your requirement is not a fatty and overweight body but a lean and massive body with strong muscles and for that purpose good food along with regular exercise is very important.
