Low Blood Pressure

Our Body has Narrow limit (110/75mmHg-130/85mmHg) of Normal Blood Pressure.Blood Pressure Lower than this limit(Less than 110/75mmHg)is known as Low Blood Pressure(Hypotension).Low Blood Pressure(Even Less than 90/60mmHg) is Hazardous for Health.Lack of Proper Nutritions, Loss of Blood and Emotional Problems are main reasons of Low Blood Pressure.Dizziness,Weakness and fatigue 
are symtoms of Low Blood Pressure.


Now don`t Need to Blame yourself for Low Blood Pressure because you can maintain your Blood pressure at Normal Level(120/80mmHg)by following given simple Tips.
(1)Foods Rich in proteins, vitamin C and vitamin B are effective in Treating Low Blood Pressure.
(2) Patients having Low Blood Pressure should Use salt in their diet and must Use Fresh Fruits and Green Vegetables in their Diet Plan.
(3)Drink at least 8 to 12 Glasses of water on daily basis because water is Essential to remove dehydration and maintain the Blood Concentration at Normal Level. Water Plays Vital role to restore Normal Blood Presure.
(4)Prepare a cup of strong black coffee and consume this whenever you feel that your blood pressure is decreasing down.
(5)Take a bowl of water and soak 15 to 20 Raisins in it at Night. Early Morning Chew them one by one, on an empty stomach and drink water.
(6)In a bowl of water, soak 7 almonds at Night. Early Morning Peel them and prepare a paste. Add and mix this paste to lukewarm (Slightly Hot)milk and drink it.
(7) Adopt a Habit of Regular Exercise, Cycling and swimming to increase your Blood Pressure upto Normal Level.
